Covid-19 Policy

COVID-19 social distancing compliance.

Please read below the following rules that we will be complying with to ensure your children are safe during our after school clubs

​

  1. A full risk assessment will be completed and agreed by the coaches prior to the sessions starting.

  2. All children will be asked to wash and sanitise their hands prior to session starting and after they handle any equipment.

  3. The sessions will be capped to 8 children per session. Only one adult is allowed to accompany one child. This is to aid in social distancing. The accompanying adult may participate with their child as long as social distancing is maintained from other households.

  4. Participation will NOT be allowed in the session without a valid ticket. The ticket requires a completion of our registration form which gives data needed for track and trace. 

  5. Equipment sharing will be kept to a minimum, where this is not possible, coaches will be sanitising the equipment regularly with sterilising fluid. 

  6. All coaches will carry hand sanitiser and sterilising fluid.

  7. The games we play will encourage the use of space and will enhance the spatial awareness of the children, ensuring social distancing is maintained.

  8. Any first aid given will be done with gloves and a face mask.

  9. If your child display's Covid-19 symptoms then please do not send your child to the session. If your child displays Covid-19 symptoms during the session then the coach will send your child home.

  10. In the event that we are contacted by track and trace, we will follow government guidelines and isolate for 14 days. Therefore, the sessions will not run for two weeks, the missed sessions that have been paid for upfront will be credited for future sessions.

 The law on protecting personally identifiable information, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), allows Public Health England to use the personal information collected by NHS Test and Trace Service.

Therefore, if required to do so by the NHS Track and Trace Services, CASA Ltd will provide the contact details of all children and adults that have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid-19 within the setting.

This is in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR ‘processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest’
